I have a dream……a vision of Tigaon in panoramic hues of progression – a place where every man, woman and child is given the freedom to express his individuality through artistic and intellectual pursuits – a place where every nook and corner takes pride in the historical achievement of its people – a place where every Tigaoeño can rise above the impediment of poverty to take his rightful place in a society of men governed by the rule of law – where humanity is, at its best, a tribute to the perfection of God's handiwork………

hese are the underpinnings on which my development projects for Tigaon are anchored on. I firmly believe that to deny man access to the fulfillment of his growth as a person is to clip his wings and render him useless in the eyes of God and his fellowmen. The legacy I wish to leave to Tigaon commences with the sincere and sound commitment to pursue this platform of government and oversee its fulfillment. For Tigaon and its people, I couldn't give anything less than the very best.
